You’re a wizard

I’m a fan of many things and today’s adventure was an absolute fan experience. On day 352 I did a Harry Potter walking tour of Edinburgh, Scotland.

What did I learn?

A LOT!

More than I'm going to blog about but if you are going to be in Edinburgh, do it!

I knew that J.K. Rowling wrote her books while sitting in a restaurant called The Elephant House. It's a cute place but service is at their pace. I learned that J.K. was so broke that she would use their “free paper for students” to write some of the Harry Potter stories.

Scotland is a beautiful country and this Edinburgh tour led us to many places that inspired J.K Rowling's storytelling. I did not expect to tour a cemetery but after our short walkthrough I felt even more fascinated by her writing process.

Maybe I will blog from a cemetery before my 365 days come to an end. That would definitely be a first.
