Day 341 of 365

Hoppy on the beer bus

On day 282 I started the brewing process by making the wort. I wanted to jump inside that foamy bucket and get lost in the beer's potential.

On day 297 I transferred that deliciousness from the festering wort bucket to 50 sterilized glass bottles. I wanted to dive in again but it would have been a tight fit.

Today, day 341 I finally got to dive in and taste all of that home brewed goodness.

It was delicious.

I like beer but I'm not taking up this hobby. I will leave it to the people who are patient and enjoy the science behind the brewing process.

I want to enjoy the sport of beer consumption. It's a sport. It has to be.
