Whip it

It's just a bit of joy.

My mother inspired day 234. She had this amazing little glass whipping container in her kitchen and today I used it for the first time.

If you've ever made whipped cream you know that it requires a firm whisking but also attention to the process. One mistake and you've got sweet vanilla butter.

No mistakes were made.

The Speed E Whipper works like a dream. I might experiment with different types of milk and maybe add some chocolate.

Day 234 was saweeet!
